"Russians in Uzbekistan comprised the country's second-largest ethnic group after Uzbeks, numbering 1,653,478, in 1989 representing 5.5% of the population. Duke University Press. p.102. Uzbekistan counted nearly 1.5 million Russians, 12.5% of the population, in the 1970 census. After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, significant emigration of ethnic Russians took place, mostly for economic reasons. Russians are concentrated in Tashkent, Bukhara and other major cities. The main religion is Russian Orthodoxy. Since 2014 200,000 people have left to live in Russia. By 2017, according to the Committee on Statistics of the Republic of Uzbekistan, about 750,000 Russians (2.3% of the population) lived in the country. At the same time, the bulk of Russians live in large cities, and most of them live in the capital, Tashkent. "The 2013 Machang Coal Mine outburst occurred in Machang Coal Mine () in Shuicheng County, Guizhou, China. A total of 25 people lost their lives in the accident. "Endo-α-N-acetylgalactosaminidase (, endo-α-acetylgalactosaminidase, endo-α-N- acetyl-D-galactosaminidase, mucinaminylserine mucinaminidase, D-galactosyl-3-(N-acetyl-α-D-galactosaminyl)-L-serine mucinaminohydrolase, endo-α-GalNAc-ase, D-galactosyl-N-acetyl-α-D-galactosamine D-galactosyl-N- acetyl-galactosaminohydrolase) is an enzyme with systematic name glycopeptide- D-galactosyl-N-acetyl-α-D-galactosamine D-galactosyl-N-acetyl- galactosaminohydrolase. This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction : 3-O-beta-D-galactosyl-N-acetyl-alpha-D-galactosaminyl-L-serine-[protein] + H2O \rightleftharpoons 3-O-beta-D-galactosyl-N-acetyl-alpha-D-galactosamine + L-serine-[protein] The enzyme catalyses the release of Gal-(1->3)-beta-GalNAc alpha-linked to serine or threonine residues of mucin-type glycoproteins.
